We announce the death of Rebecca Vangelene Goins (Redlands, California), who passed away on September 12, 2026, at the age of 43. Rebecca will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her mother Kathleen Goins; and her cousin Robert Crim. She is survived by: her father Bradford David Goins; her parent-in-law Kelley Radke; her sisters, Jessica K. Straw and Michelle A. Torres; her brothers-in-law, Joshua Straw and Hector Torres; her nieces and nephews, Hannah Burr (Kent Swilley), David Burr (Mallory Rocha), Connor Burr, Chase Burr, Sophia Torres, Carter Straw and Colton Straw; her aunt Bernice Crim; her uncle Bob; and her cousins, Randall Crim (Carol Thach), Patsy Clark and Lori Sopher. She is also survived by extended family and many friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Emmerson-Bartlett Memorial Chapel (703 Brookside Ave, Redlands, CA 92373).
