He was predeceased by: his parent Orbie Downs; his father-in-law Robert McAllister; and his siblings, Eddie Downs and Betsy Downs. He is survived by: his wife Cherie Bolyarde; his children, Keith Parish, Christina Casey (Dennis Casey), Kelly Downs, Jenna Bolyarde, Daniel Bolyarde, Chandra Marcoux (Craig Marcoux) and Ian Bolyarde; his sister Margi Hargan; his mother-in-law Betty McAllister; and his brother-in-law Robert Scott McAllister. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
