He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Hernandez (Tessa), Andrew Hernandez (Alyssa) and Timothy Hernandez (Bela); his grandchildren, Alex, Austin and Angel; his siblings, Frank Hernandez, Didi Hernandez and Mary Hernandez; his sister-in-law Becky Hernandez (Rudy Hernandez); and his wife Annette. He is also survived by the love of his life and his constant companion.
