He is survived by: his wife Rhea; his daughters, Teresa Juarez (Jimmie) and Stefanie Ankenman (Jon); his grandchildren, Andrew Juarez, Matthew Juarez, Kaylee Fugate and Grace Fugate; his brother Jim Caldwell; and his brother-in-law Rick Pence (Vida).
