Though Jorge may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jorge touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfredo Flores Castro and Maria Guadalupe Rivera Saavedra; and his brothers, Rafael Flores Rivera and Alejandro Flores Rivera. He is survived by: his wife Elvira Flores (Ayala Jasso); his daughters, Margarita Flores (Jesus Villagomez) and Olivia Flores; and his grandchildren, Dayanara Villagomez Flores, Jesse Villagomez Flores, Emma Villagomez Flores and Evelyn Flores. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and good friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 21st 2026 at 4:30 PM. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 21st 2028 from 12:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Lima Family Erickson Memorial Chapel (710 Willow St, San Jose, CA 95125). A rosary will be held on Monday, February 21st 2028 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
