With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy Bailey (Rescue, California), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 20, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Dorothy may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hildred Locke and Eunice Locke; her husband Jack A. Bailey; her siblings, Bobo, Aubrey Locke and Josie Jones (Locke); and her grandson Jared Bailey.
She is survived by: her sister Betty Keenum (Tommy) of Abilene; and her brother-in-law Robert Isaacs of Jacksonville, Texas.. She is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
