She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bowles and Eloise Ross; her cousin Joseph "Joe Joe" Watson, Jr.; her siblings, LaSandra D. Guss and Charles Bowles, Jr.; her niece Tamika Bowles; her nephew Marcus Syess; and her grandmother Mae Willie Bowles.
She is survived by: her son Bailey Maurice Thomas; her granddaughter Aar'zauni; her siblings, Sabrina Blackburn (Clenton Blackburn) and Tommy L. Ross, Jr.; her nieces, Shuniqua L. Guss and Tolani Denise Taja King; and her great-niece Kanani Shelton. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and without a doubt, her friends.
