He was predeceased by: his parents, L. G. Pearl and Willie Mae M. Starks. He is survived by: his children, Tierra, Lashawn Michelle, Jasmine, Jeryl of Janae Michael, III. and Willie Mae; his grandchildren, Micheal III, Sidney, Bently, Jonah, Cherish, Shantia, Paetyn, Santana, Liam, Reynise, Damani, John, Robert III, Lalaila, Tiyani and Phynist; his siblings, Annette, Anthony, Paulette, Leroy, Benita, Yolanda and Dana; and his close friend Toni.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Civic Center Chapel (455 24th St, Richmond, CA 94804). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
