He is survived by: his wife Farm Tzang Saephan; his children, Saeng Ay Saephan and Kelly Phan-Chao; and his children-in-law, Kae Fou Saephan and Matthew Saechao. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren and their spouses; and 10 great grandchildren.
