She is survived by : her brother-in-law John Vanderbeck; her daughter Chris Meyers (Paul); her grandson Jeremy Meyers (Marianne); her great grandchildren, Christopher, Carter, Nolan and Parker Meyers; her granddaughter Heather Barbara Ostash (Corey Marvin); her great grandchildren, Aden, Annalise Ostash, Dr. Maggie Porter (Greg) and Wyatt Marvin; her son Bruce Auld (Ann); her grandchildren, Bryan Auld (Jessica) and Amy (Mike) of Geus; her great grandchildren, Avery Hillygus, Dylan and Rylee Ann of Geus; her daughter Eileen Pearl (Bob); her granddaughter Caby Beach (Nick Rudolph); her great grandchild Ashly Beach; her granddaughter Madeline Beach (Anthony DiDonato); her great grandchildren, Grace Lucille and Damien Beach-DiDonato; her niece Carol Ann Christiansen (Vanderbeck); her great-nephews, Wade (Linda) and Aaron; and her nieces and nephews, Michael Huff of Ridgecrest, John Vanderbeck (Fran) of Edmonds, WA, Donna, Karen Hill of Benton, AZ, Bill Huff of Middletown and David Huff (Lisa) of Cocoa Beach.

Howard, a self-educated engineer, would receive the Technical Director's Award in 1977 for his contributions to the success of ISSSMD PEGASUS.
