She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon Shumway; and her daughter Vickie Forbes. She is survived by: her children, Brian Shumway (Rena) of Tehachapi, CA and Anita Walraven (Rex) of Ridgecrest; and her son-in-law Scott Forbes of Ridgecrest. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
