He is survived by: his wife Patricia Basart Neff; his stepchildren, David, Doug, Steven and Patty; his daughters, Patty Komes, Carla Tobiassen (Scott) and Leslie Briseno (Robert); his grandchildren, Heather Cresap, Melissa Tunget, Daryl Komes, Heath Hause, Charlene Beckett, Chelsey Wayne, Frank Neff Briseno, Monica Amara and Vanessa Briseno; and his sister Dorthy Kent. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.
