He was predeceased by : his parents, John L. Fairchild and Eunice Fairchild; his sister Sally Magee; and his brother-in-law Patrick Magee. He is survived by : his wife Bonnie; his children, John L. Fairchild (Dinah LeHoven) and Sheryl Fairchild (Chelsea Opp); his granddaughters, Amanda Jenei (Sean) and Emily Cronkhite (Steven); his great grandchildren, Aiden Cronkhite and Logan Cronkhite; and his nieces, Christine Krause and Kathy Pearson.
