In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy John leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though John may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lorch and Ferne Anderson Lorch. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Lynn Biddick Lorch; his children, Lynnette Lorch and Matthew Lorch; his brother David Lorch; and his sister-in-law Nancy Lorch. He is also survived by three children and two grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Anglican Church (437 W Wilson Ave, Ridgecrest, CA 93555). A burial will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Bakersfield National Cemetery (30338 E Bear Mountain Blvd, Arvin, CA 93203).
