He is survived by: his parents, Cecil Curtis (Diane) and Brenda Wilson; his wife Jennifer; his children, Allison Rogers (Steve Harasti), Emily and Kyle; his brothers, Dwayne, Jack (Audrey) and Glenn (Sarah); his parents-in-law, Rosemary and Larry Galvin; and his sister-in-law Julie Coles (Jerry). He is also survived by friends, family, and even relative.
