He is survived by: his sister Melissa Slater; his children, Lisa Collie-Pittman (Alvin Cheek), Brian Collie (Adelle Collie) and Kevin Collie; his grandchildren, Cody Pittman, Zack Collie and Tara Collie; his niece Gaynell Schilling; and his daughter Anna.

Butch was always so full of life in school and all of his life. May God give you peace that your parents are together once again.
