He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his sons, Jay (Kelly), Tommy Jr., Robert, Billy and Jerome; his grandchildren, Autum Layomon (Gardon) and Cheyenne Stafford; his great grandchildren, Leah and Malachi Angulano; his siblings, Phillip (Jackie) and Martha Santana (Jenny); and his brothers-in-law, Peck, Dick and Mark Price.
