He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Ptaschek of Rio Dell; his children, Sarah Ptaschek of Madison, Wisconsin. and Michael Ptaschek (Angelique); his grandchildren, Trinity, Jocelyn, Austin, Savannah and Kira of Rio Dell; his extended family, Keith and Shirley Condit; his sons, Phillip and Isaiah; and also, Katie, Tony and Bethi.
