She was predeceased by: her parents, Willem Verhoeven and Tannetje Verhoeven; her husband John Vander Schaaf; her daughter Thelene Dotinga (Bill); her son-in-law Jim Heida; and her grandson John Wm.
She is survived by: her children, Corrine Koolhaas (Ken), Sheri Heida (Jim), Beverly, Woltjer (Larry), John Vander Schaaf (Susan) and Joni Van Groningen (Marv); her grandchildren, Billy Dotinga, Michael Dotinga (Carrie), Lisa Van Groningen (Brian), Michelle Selby (Mark), Melanie Lumkes (Jay), Steve Koolhaas (Alyona), David Koolhaas, Tom Koolhaas (Laura), Ken Koolhaas (Erin), Daniel Koolhaas (Kristi), Jim Heida, Rich Heida (Leslie), John Heida (Lauri), Shelly Walker (Cody), Jeana Woltjer, Rachelle Sanny (Luke), Laurie Beck (Jeff) and Melissa Freitas (Manny); her sister-in-law Liz Vander Schaaf; her great grandchild Dylan Selby; her siblings, John Verhoeven (Arenda), Martin Verhoeven (Leona) and Nellie Vander Pol (Ed); and her in-laws, Audrey Lanting (Broer), Florie Herrema (John) and Earl Vander Schaaf. She is also survived by family, her friends.
