She was predeceased by : her parents, John Zylstra and Katie Zylstra; her husband Henry De Kruyf; and her sons, Larry and John De Kruyf.
She is survived by : her children, Loretta Van Ginkel (Art), LeAnn Struiksma (Leo) and David De Kruyf (Kathy); and her sisters, Jessie Van Hofwegen and Tracy Vander Stelt. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren.
