She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Carlin and Helene Carlin (Nellie); her husband Paul J. Ferrall; and her grandchildren, Daniel, Elsbeth, Joseph, Paul III, Emily, Molly, Katarina, Megan, Kristin, Jessica, Sean, Colleen, Kevin Jr., Theresa, Matthew, Allison, Jennifer, Derek, Thomas and Jacob. She was also cherished by her 23 great-grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
