He is survived by: his wife Bernadette; his daughters, Elysia, Marissa and Jessica; his parents, Jesus Mejia and Herlinda Mejia; his siblings, Angelica and Jesus; his parents-in-law, Carlos and Gracie Celis; and his brothers-in-law, Carlos and Gabriel Celis. He is also survived by his family, friends, coworkers.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to create a scholarship in his name for a student attending Curtis Middle School and Rodriguez Prep Academy in San Bernardino City School District where he worked. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Armando's memory may be made.
