He is survived by : his wife Mary Lou; his children, Danielle, Kimberly, Danny Jr. (Eileen) and Crystal; his child-in-law Angel II; his granddaughter Penelope; his brother Arsenio (Wendee); and his nieces and nephews, Gabriel, Angel III, Francisco, Maritza, Andrea, Jonah and Ethan.

A memorial service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Prayer Mortuary (7944 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92504). A reception was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
