He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Jean and James Carl Powell. He is survived by: his wife Frances Gail; his daughters, Rachel Pacheco, Alyssa Chandler, Stacey Petersen (Michael) and Marcey Eadson (Mike); and his grandchildren, Nicole Rodriquez (Edward), Nathan Pacheco, Gabrielle Garcia, Kelcey Petersen, Logan Petersen, Addison Lundy, Garrett Lundy and Mia Lundy. He is also survived by four daughters and eight grandchildren.
