He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Glenn Elwood Brocker, Esta Lucille Brocker (Waller), Franklin Leonard Soper and Eveleen Rose Soper (Giroux). He is survived by: his wife Elena Jeanne Soper (Montuori); his children, Margaret "Meg" Arabelle Soper, Justin Thomas Soper and Ethan Gabriel Soper; his parents, Madeline Arabelle Soper (Brocker) and Allen Joseph Soper; his sister Bridget Marie Meredith (Soper); and his nephew S. Robert Meredith.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the City of Hope.
