He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Rubio of Grand Terrace and Elena Rubio of Banning, California; his grandchildren, Joseph Rubio of San Bernardino, Alyssa Chatman of Reno and Isabel Soria of Banning, California; his siblings, Christina Torcivia of Claremont, Cesario Rubio of Portland, Tomás Rubio of San Bernardino, Mauricio Rubio of Rialto, Juan Miguel Rubio of Prairie City, Patricio Jeremias Rubio of Yucaipa, Carlos Rubio of San Bernardino and Mario Rubio of Alsip, Illinois.; and the mother of his children Rita Carlson of Dayton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
