Joseph Neal Dotterer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Neal Dotterer of Riverside, California, who passed away on December 20, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Evelyn Westner and Richard Dotterer; his brother James Dotterer; and his stepfather Guy Westner. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne; his children, Brian Dotterer and Michelle Saenz (Michael Saenz); his grandchildren, Dalton, Cole and Camrynn Saenz; his brother Travis Dotterer (Patty Dotterer); his sister-in-law Marsha Dotterer; his half-sister Kathy Dotterer; and his stepmother Roberta Dotterer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and an abundance of friends.
