He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Wortman and Nettie Mae Martin. He is survived by: his son David (Crystal); his grandchildren, Kristyana (Paul), Gregory (Nicole), Andrea, Tiffany (Matthew), Andrew (Amanda) and Tyler (Janelle); and his daughter Malyndia.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Arlington Mortuary (9645 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92503). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
