He is survived by: his siblings, Darrel Kasinger (Dianne) of Washington, Judy Dangerfield (Steve) of Utah, Debbie Kasinger of California, Carla Perry (Chris) of Michigan and Billy Vickery of Florida. He is also survived by uncle, two aunts, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
