She is survived by: her son David Wortman (Crystal); and her grandchildren, Kristyana (Paul), Gregory (Nicole), Andrea, Tiffany (Matthew), Andrew (Amanda) and Tyler (Janelle). She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
