He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Ashworth and Frena Ashworth; his sister Joann; and his son David. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff (Alissa), Jim (Debra) and Bob (Erin). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and cousins.
