He is survived by: his children, Kristi Phillips (Scott), Kevin (Cindy), Wendi, Sheri Salazar (John) and David (Amber); his wife Jeanne; and his siblings, Kent (Linda), Brian (Kay), Jolyn Goldade (Jim) and Robert Pendleton (Tawni). He is also survived by children, 18 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.

His legacy of faith, charity, and humor will forever be cherished in the hearts of his family and friends.
