He was predeceased by: his parents, Scot Wilson and Sarah Helen Swanson; and his sister Judith Ann Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Marguerite "Tina" Wilson; and his daughters, Wendi and Stephanie Wilson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association (LBDA) in David's memory.
