He is survived by: his wife Jean; his daughters, Pamela Shishima (Marc), Stephanie Hirano and Kimberly Hirano (Darren Yasukochi); his granddaughter Emily Shishima; his brother-in-law George Sugimoto; his niece Lisa Sugimoto (Don Nose); and his nephew Nathan Sugimoto (Christine).
