He is survived by: his sons, Ryan and Tristan Jacques; the parent of his children Dana; his stepfather Gerald O'Connor (Jerry) of Menominee, MI; and his siblings, Michael of Menominee, MI, Gabriel Hernandez (Judy) of Appleton, WI, Thomas (Tracy) of Green Bay, WI, John (Dione) of Pewaukee, WI, Christine Del Preto of Holland, MI and Susan Kraus (Paul) of Howard, WI.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
