She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Baldwin and Lottie Baldwin; and her husband Ronald L. Waterman, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Jr. Waterman (Lesley), Kathy Waterman and Karen Pulley (Shad); her grandsons, Nathan (Amber), Brandon and Justin Pulley; and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Dean, Kaydence and Levi Pulley.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1240 Junction Blvd, Roseville, CA 95678). A burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at the Union Cemetery (9400 Watt Ave, Roseville, CA 95747).
