He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lewis and George Lewis; his wife Doris Lewis (Stewart); and his grandson Austin David Lewis. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Lewis (Melanie) and David Lewis (Tina); his grandchildren, Trevor Lewis, Heather Thomassen, John Harrison, Toni Lindsey, Garrett Harrison and Kayla Lewis; his sister Marilyn Pereira; and his brother-in-law Stanley. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
