He was predeceased by: his parents, Melbourne Webb Tuttle and Eunice Jane Merrill; and his former wife Jan. He is survived by: his wife Edie; his sister Susie Smith (David); his daughters, Judi McCarthy (Rob) and Jacque Tamariz (Ed); his stepchildren, Garth Falk and Erin Tipton (Tim); his grandchildren, Hoku, Kekoa and Pukaua Kealoha; and his nephews, Rob (Katie McCarthy), Elley and Ronan Tipton. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
