She was predeceased by: her father Delmar Newcomb; and her husband Jack Scheffer. She is survived by: her brother Ken Newcomb; her sister-in-law Jenny; her son Paul Scheffer; her daughter-in-law Martha; her daughter Katie Scheffer; her grandsons, Patrick Scheffer, Tim Scheffer (Ashley), Dan Scheffer (Stephanie), Matt Scheffer (Erika) and Ben Scheffer; her great grandchildren, Dominic, Tyson, Mila, Jordan and Ellyana; her nephew Mark Newcomb (Lucy); her nieces, Crissy Ringo (Donny), Kathy Newcomb and Angie Cooprider; and her brother-in-law Ed Scheffer. She is also survived by numerous friends, extended family and her dog, Buddy.
