She is survived by: her grandchildren, Christal, Alexia, Haley, Kyle and Kaitlyn; her great grandchildren, Addison, Audrey and Andrew; her husband Dave Blaylock; her children, Delaine Timberlake, Heidi Eller (Kirk) and David Blaylock (Deborah); and her sister Arlene Agalos. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; aunts; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
