It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Olga Taeresa Dugan (Roseville, California), born in Brownwood, Texas, who passed away on August 3, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Clay Burns and Ollie Belle (Akin); her husband Dr. Paul Dugan of Brockway; her daughter Andrea (Rick); and her brothers, Dr. Jimmy Clay Burns and Donald Wayne Burns.

She is survived by : her sons, Paul, Jr. (Tina), Alan (Teri) and Robert (Beth). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
