We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Paul John Dugan M. D. (Roseville, California), born in Brockway, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his sister Pauline (Olga); his nephews, Paul Jr. (Tina), Alan (Teri) and Robert (Beth); his daughter Andrea (Rick); his parents, Paul George Dugan and Clara Pasi of Virginia; and his wife Olga Taeresa Burns of Brownwood. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
