It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Merle Harless of Roseville, California, who passed away on May 22, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Harvey Harless and Edrie Harless (Rowe); and his brother Gene. He is survived by : his wife Sandy; his daughters, Stacey Rogers and Kelly Harless; his son-in-law Jayson Rogers; and his brother John Harless.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Prostate Cancer Foundation (pcf.org), or to the NRA (nrafoundation.org) in memory of Phil.
