Alfred Souza Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred Souza (Sacramento, California), who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Souza and Helen Souza; his son Michael Souza; and his siblings, Joe, Mary Baretta, Evelyn and Diane.

He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his children, Janet O'Connor (David), Michele Mefford (Coy), Debra Sanfilippo (Greg) and Paul Souza (Florbela); his niece Diane Carini; his grandchildren, Matthew Strand (Jessica), Brian Strand (Melissa), James Strand (Sarah), Michael Souza (Elizabeth), Kaila Sanfilippo (Quin), Christopher Souza and Joao Souza; his close friend Hank Harper; and his brother-in-law Don Farnsworth.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Feed the Hungry, the Parkinson's Foundation, or a charity of your choice.
