She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joanne Hays and David Hays; her husband Frank Cook; her children, Kristin Faust, Trey Bonetti (Luz), Lindsay Filby (Scott) and Stephanie Cook; her grandchildren, Caitlin and Jack; her children, Sojourner, Sierra, Brooke, Hedwig and Beryllium; her brother David; her sister-in-law Mary Hays; and her siblings, Kathy Hays and Billy Hays.

Not to be outdone by Covid, she frequented local restaurants as much as possible sitting at outdoor tables and helping them stay open.
