She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Ingalls; her parents, Marvin and Josephine; and her sister Jo Gayle. She is survived by: her sister Renda Murphy of Texas; and her boyfriend Robert Bertges. She is also survived by children, and leaves behind extended family in Nebraska, and many friends.
Cecia was a strong supporter of animal welfare, through financial donations and personally rehoming stray cats, and always had at least 2 cats of her own.
