Though Charmaine may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vetold Lutkus and Angela Lutkus (Kazmierczyk); her brother Daniel Lutkus; her husband Dwayne Robert Bailey; and her pet Maddie.
She is survived by: her sister Helen Denne; and her children, Andrew Daniel Mihalek (Samira Soleimanpour), Stephen Mihalek (Chantal Rodriguez) and Christine Wolfgram (Samuel Wolfgram). She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
