He was predeceased by: his parents, William Riggs and Myrtle Riggs; and his sister Jean Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Mary Riggs; and his sisters, Ellen Juka (Bob) and Joan Riggs. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandson.
