He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stuart and Audrey Stuart (Bishop); his siblings, Charlie, Jim Stuart and Carol Stuart; and his son Terry Stuart.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Konwinski; his children, Tammy Williams (Tim), Tracy Stuart (Tatjana), Todd Stuart (Jane), Tanya Iron Thunder (Charlie) and Troy Stuart (Amy); his sister Mary Rakowsky (Larry); and his sister-in-law Carol Stuart. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date.
