“Hello, my name is Richard Vega and I was a friend of Frank's. He lived with me a short time in Alameda California. We talked a lot about Jesus and he gave his heart to Christ. We lost contact and I prayed July 18th as I was coming up to Sacramento to visit my daughter that I would find out what happened to him. His nephew Robert Pamela was working next to the guy who was doing my daughter's hair at Cecil's hair salon. God answered my prayer. I believe he's dancing on streets of gold today!”
